Return Policy

Our Return Policy in short

Contact Rest In Peace at info@restinpeace.fr before returning any items.


• You can return the product within 14 days of delivery.
• The product must be in new condition. With the exception of collectable books/items which can display signs of use when shipped to you, these must reach us in the same state that they’ve been shipped in.
• To avoid any customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.
• Want to switch to another product? You can do that, just contact us.
• If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Policy

Please contact Rest In Peace before returning any items. It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Rest In Peace and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.

Return Conditions

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is damaged or used the product shall not be refunded. With the exception of collectable books/items which can display signs of use when shipped to you, these will have a remark of the condition they're in on the product page, these must reach us in the same state that they’ve been shipped in.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Rest in Peace suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

Rest In Peace will make a refund of eligible returns. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.

Returning A Package

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Yvon Lambert Bookshop is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Want to switch to another product?
Return the product you have received and send us an e-mail telling us which product you want instead. In the case of an exchange, the customer is accountable for the payment of any additional shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, please immediately report this to us with photos of the damages on the package and product(s). Rest In Peace does not hold responsibility for a package damaged by the shipment company. We offer the option of exchanging the damaged product for another edition, under the condition that a replacement product is available. In the case of an exchange, the customer is accountable for the payment of any additional shipping costs.

If you find the package severely damaged, you can also refuse the delivery so that it returns to us without incurring extra shipping costs on your end. Once it returns to us, we will contact you to provide further instructions, such as an exchange or issuing a refund.

Please note that in any case, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not picked up within allowed days, Rest In Peace reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
