Armors

The first publication dedicated to the French artist known for pushing back the codes of the textile industry, questioning the dichotomy between made-to-measure and ready-to-wear, and the roles assigned to women and the female body in society.

Armors brings together about fifteen new textile sculptures in various formats, archival images, as well as an unpublished text by the philosopher Emanuele Coccia and a conversation between Jeanne Vicerial and the art historian Ida.
